Through our hands-on, play-based curriculum, children explore the world with curiosity while learning important social, emotional, math and literacy foundational skills. Parents are right there with them, forming meaningful bonds and becoming active participants in their child’s development. Legal and Contractual Agreements By participating in A Joyful Noise Family Co-Op Preschool, families agree to abide by all co-op policies and share responsibility for maintaining a safe and supportive environment. All familie must acknowledge and sign our liability waiver form. Mandatory Reporting: As mandated reporters, all staff and volunteering parents are trained to recognize and report any signs of child abuse or neglect, in accordance with state laws. • Parents and guardians are expected to treat all staff, children, and other families with respect and professionalism. • For the safety and well-being of all children, we ask that parents follow our health, drop-off, and pick-up policies as outlined in our Parent Handbook. Attendance & Payment Policies • Tuition is based on enrollment, not attendance. Fees are non refundable required regardless of absences, holidays, or center closures due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Photo & Video Release • We love to capture special moments in the classroom and during events. Photos and videos will be used for classroom activities, social media, promotional materials, and our website. Health & Safety Policies • Parents must notify the center if their child is sick, and children must remain home if they exhibit symptoms of illness per our health guidelines. • Parents are responsible for keeping emergency contact information updated. All Families agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees and court costs) arising out of or related to: 1. Injury or Illness – Any injury, illness, or harm sustained by my child while in attendance at A Joyful Noise except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the center or its employees. 4. Loss or Damage to Personal Property – Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the facility by my child, myself, or anyone on my behalf.
